1General Terms

These Rules & Terms bj77x and its members, forming a legally binding agreement. By using the bj77x.best website or mobile application, you are deemed to have fully read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

7Prohibited Activities

8Account Closure

To close your account, contact the support team by email or live chat. Your account will be closed within 48 hours of your request. Please withdraw any remaining balance before closure.

• Voluntary closure: available at any time — your balance will be returned.
• Temporary suspension (Self-exclusion): choose a period ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
• Closure for Rule Violations: bj77x reserves the right to close an account with stated reasons.

Decisions regarding the balance of accounts closed due to rule violations are made after a thorough investigation. Legitimate balances are generally refunded; however, if fraud is established, the balance may be forfeited.
